As the title suggests the weather gods seam to have had it in for us this year.
We(members of Hampshire Coppice Craftsmens' Group) turned up and setup in the drizzle which soon turned to rain as luck would have it we managed to keep most things dry although the pole lathe got a bit wet.
by lunch time just as most people had given up hope the sun started to break though and we did actually manage too sell some things.
with shows like this where i have the lathe I tend to use it as a chance to make items to sell so I roughed out 5 door wedges a dibber and several spurtles'.
as usual with the Curdridge show the birds from the hawk display had some fun with both the pubic and the handler.
At the end of wet day after another heavy shower we did manage to pack up in the sunshine.
I hope to add photos to this blog soon
